I had the same model but a 1989 built one in Super Red. Loved that car. Had a prang and caused $8500 damage to the front 10 days after I bought it. But it was fixed and good as new.
Like the car mate, had an 87 gt myself but it had to go before it dissappeared :( Nice to see someone keeping the mods subtle, there's not too many of that shape left now. Enjoy it!
nice car, you should remove the rear spoiler and add a skyline vielside front kit to it, they fit well. Check out my car, its had very little body mods but looks good

im looking at buying the 89 model and its the white lightning. ill be picking it up this week. ill probs do the same mods but gona stick a 3inch cannon on the back, pod filter etc etc. if i do buy this celica this week i will also tidy the engine bay new hoses repray the rocket cover and replace with sum with chrome braided hoses aswel. i wanna keep it fairly original. what other mods do u think i should do?

Well done, u chose a good car to work on. Love the 4th gen. Have had 4 myself. Planning on getting the All Trac or GT4. What is the song thats playing from 1:00 till when ever, heard on FnF. Suits the this car :P
So far ive done similar mods, including a POD filter, ignition pods and more.
