@triggerhappyfoo13 Depends on what level you are at. You start with 'safe' versions at yellow belt and refine the technique from there as you advance. Similar to when performing forms, the difference between a black belt and a lower belt performing ki cho hyung would be similar.
you should upload the Ki Bohn Su video, I you would do that I would be very greatfull seeming I have to learn them right know. So a video would be helpfull with studying
i am a yellow belt and do thank sonicd3 for this link as its grading today and got taught 7 in 1 day i am very comfused

Do you process it like an old animation?
There is not the aikido in south Korea.
Are not there the martial arts in North Korea?
Why do you insist on south Korea?
koisan1000 8 months ago
That's a Korean cult, not a martial art. Just a fabricated tradition.

Turn off your TV?
OhNoPaypal 3 years ago
? don't understand, detail please
areamkarim 3 years ago
If you don't understand, you never will. You don't see a gun used in K1, so guns are weak? Turn of your TV.
OhNoPaypal 3 years ago
You need to watch more K1 then.
OhNoPaypal 2 years ago
then please reccomend me a name. that i can find in youtube.
areamkarim 2 years ago
David Loiseau (Taekwondo)
Lyoto Carvalho Machida (Karate, current UFC champ)
You need to watch less TV, and start training different arts yourself to learn how to value each style.
