When I was young, I saw this during Ice Age.

My sister and me almost died of laughing.

It took us about 30 minutes to restore from laughing when the bunny uses its crutches xD

Now I'm grown up and see that it's a really touching shor movie.

I watched this as a kid, ironically it made me depressed, because I was afraid that it meant everybody died alone in a day to day monotonous routine. But ironically , watching it now it makes me feel a little more satisfied then anything else because I can understand the film as a whole and the message its sending across clearer. Its got a happy ending after all. They did a great job on this piece. ^-^

I remember seeing this around the time my dog was scheduled to be put to sleep after being horribly sick for years. This brought me comfort, knowing that Archie was going to be fine as he flew to whatever the afterlife was with his moth friends :)

So beautiful! I remember watching this at the SIGGRAPH 98 film show, and the emotion of it really shocked me. I was sobbing by the end of it - and I wasn't the only one. To this day, I think this is among the best ever CG shorts - in fact fuck it, it is THE best! A really moving work of art (even though it was created as a showcase for Blue Sky's new global illumination renderer)
