There is no hiding the fact that Zaid Hamid does have his own dreamy ideologies, but he's right in saying that pakistani admin. is impotent enough to do nothing about the failure of various govt. systems. The cleaning has to be done by inner-pakistani people without the FEAR or INFLUENCE of US or any other country. This is highly unlikely, as the economic help comes from US. so it all comes down to economics. Pak somehow has to uplift themselves economically if they want to improve.

However Pakistan has wasted tons of money on it military. In 1947 Pakistans first budget utilized 70% of its budget on the army. Thats a joke. India will grow and try to rectify its many flaws. Pakistan on the otherhand lives in denial and blames everybody else for its problems.

Maybe Zaid Hamid is on extreme side but he has some valid points which needs to be considered. Pakistan is in war and has been for long time now, atleast for last 11 years if not since 80s and since our judiciary fails miserably, invoking military courts could be the solution for short term basis.
