Very sorry to hear that, but not that surprised. Not because of her, she is wonderful. But Idol controls the format, and a lot of good folks who auditioned well are somehow lost along the way. Their system is not perfect, that's all I can say. check out the auditions of Jory Steinberg or Kia Thornton who gave wonderful auditions, and yet, they made it no further, Too bad, but the charm of people like Arianna stands on it's own, even without AI.

"I'm afraid this must be love" and if you want to hear a great version, check out Linda Eder, who sounds so much like Streisand it will shock you. Eder is arguably a much better singer then most popular singers, still, this sweet little gal offers the most appealing version I have heard.
