  • George Will, although usually brilliant, sometimes leaves me with serious doubts about his sincerity. His point that Edwards supports populism through increased state power and regulations thereby further entrenching the corporate interests to a larger government, and therefore more lobbyists, is absolutely correct. what he fails to mention is the obvious: a smaller government means less lobbyists because it means more corporate control, at that point the corporations don't need the lobbyists.

  • roflmao When you see this, now knowing the truth about this piece of shit, it's really comical to think of all the idiots who supported this clown.

but Obama is not the guy for this country

  • It is that very fundamental principle which is the core of conservatism and libertarianism. I'm like Aluvians, I'm suprised this viewpoint even made it on tv.

  • George Will's a douche.

  • very intelligent comment.

  • Why, thank you; I worked all day on that one.

  • And John Edwards is an ambulence-chasing trial lawyer who would have done nothing to stand up to special intersts like trial lawyers lobbyists and union lobbyists. He's the kind of guy who looks you in the eye, pledges his unequivocal support for public schools, then sends his own kids to private schools because he knows how badly teachers unions of damaged public education in this country.

  • awesome line, thank you for putting some into this guy

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you...surprised this viewpoint even made it on TV.
