This series seems to endow Caine with superhuman abilities. I liked the series, but in my opinion the original series was much better. It was more down to earth with less focus on magic and more emphasis on Taoism and Buddhism.

I can't believe how cheesy the demon is =P But the episodes that deal with Chinese Mysticism are great.
