  • Just watching for the guy XD

  • I started doing these after a surgical repair on a torn labrum in my shoulder. The ball forces the shoulder muscles and joints to work for balance while strengthening them at the same time.

  • It's hard to keep the balance but I think that with some practice it will eventually become easier.

  • FUCK YOU PUSHUP! My body will not do this.

  • Adam, you make it look so impossibly effortless... *_*

  • Try putting your hands on a foam roller while your legs are on the exercise ball! Now that's a push-up!

  • i suspect the fitness model doesnot know anything about body neutral alignment. he is looking forward damn it. And i wanted to use this video as a reference.

  • this is very difficult one..also u can sometimes combine it with knee tuck..

  • this is awesum working out. im going to give a try.

  • this shit takes practice but its a really good workout even if u cant do it too good. try putting it next to a wall for extra support.

  • i can't believe the guy balance himself with two medicine balls as well with foot on swiss ball. Unbelievable

  • My exercise ball moves around too much, is that a problem for anyone else?

  • defo i can't keep the thing still, it's a nightmare. This guy makes it look so easy

  • thats where you need to learn the balance. This is what is suppose to do but you need to learn the art of balance. makes more muscle work

  • @captainspiwtf I have that problem too!

  • 1 year ago? I hope in 1 year you have built up your core strength

  • @captainspiwtf It means you have to train your stabilizers a bit more. You shouldn't just work out the pectoralis majors, but also minors. Same with MANY MANY MANY other muscle groups. It will REALLY help you in the long shot.

  • OOhhhhhWEEEE!

  • i think 5-10 reps with this exersize is too easy, and i bet that he can take lake 5 times more. Maybe a little extra weigt (backpack) would help

  • omg, i just tried these and they are difficult/impossible. the guy in the vid makes it look so easy!

  • Only takes a lil bit of training dont give up!

  • i actually found it easier than regular push ups. the closer your chest is to the ball, the easier it is to push up, because more of your weight is supported by the ball. start that way, then gradually move out.

  • @bdequinia lol ya same... wow

  • why swiss ball??I donno the benefits of it .please make me know.

  • Hi,i've been doing a certain type of exercise on the stability ball 85cm in diameter which is specific to my sport, rugby.what i do is, balancing in a kneeling position on the ball and passing a rugby ball with both hands to a mate about 10m away.i've a 75% success rate in which the pass was reasonably made. How wld u rate the level of difficulty;from easy to intermediate to difficult?Think if u can provide a general assessment for me?THanks!

  • so, when you have the ball under your feet and perform the push up, that exersices the Top part of your chest, correct?

  • yes it would work the top more due to the angle but will still work the centre of the chest too

  • you cant isolate a single part of one muscle as the muscle fibers all work once under tension but it should feel like its at the top of the chest

  • Good stuff....how about hands on 6 lb. medicine balls

  • so dificult !.... hehe

  • I was using the fitness ball at a gym doing seat up and push ups, everyone else looked at me like I am crazy...

  • 'seat up' what are they? .. or is that just a spelling error for sit ups??

  • this is nice!!

  • thanks

  • wow, these are great

  • Thank You !
