I have enjoyed all of Gladwell's books. They certainly make you think.
As an math educator, I have experienced the "take all day" phenomenon and pay-off. I wish we could change the classroom dynamic so that we teach critical thinking, analysis, communication and other "always useful" skills instead of "do this specific task fast".
