  • What is the difference between hindu pushups and divebombers? They seem the same to me. Awesome workouts by the way, your spartacus 4 week program is great and this one looks good too, can't wait to start it tomorrow. Btw, what do you think of keeping track of reps with an excel sheet? I like it cause it keeps me honest on days that I might be slacking.

  • @MYSKATEBOARDER101 I have a better idea - go to the spartacusworkout website...subscribe to the free 4 week program, do the workouts 3X per week and you will be in sick shape for the summer...also make sure you EAT CLEAN - thenutrition part will get you ripped...Funk

  • dude you are so awesome! I actually recently got P90X for my off season wrestling workout, but now i really regret it... i could have saved $120 and gotten better results just by doing your workouts... P90X is a joke compared to your workouts.

  • my problem is that i cant do this exercise without weights. if im not using weights then i dont feel like i,ve done anything. i am beat when im done, but i add a set of 135 bench, 25lbs bats for the rows, and 45lbs for legs

  • @greedybox Try my regular Spartacus workouts (which include kettlebells and dumbbells) and you will be more than satisfied - watch out for spartacus 2.0 10 Week Program as well
