No it's not.

Why ? First of all because I have NL and this has way better graphics, second, you can't make realistic environnements in NL, and you can't put moving cars/ride other then the actual coaster.

So no It's not NL, ingeneer uses better programs.

well, the park closes to all visitors at 10:00pm (usually) - however, this does not mean all the visitors currently in the park and rides close too; it takes about an hour and a half after closing time for the park to really shut down.
