  • man can i ask you something...how do you connect fast track pro with nuendo???i go to devise setup i select m audio usb and it shows me a message saying"the sample rate is not matched with the audio interface" i can t do anything...please if you could help me send me...

  • Well, you can change the sample rate of the fast track pro from its' settings - either 16bits or 24bits. Try changing it and try hooking it up with Nuendo again. This should fix the problem... logically.

  • your not enregistring stereo with the vst !! it s just mono the m-audio don t work with stereo and it s okéy you can do anythink with mono and it s good

about cubase it s the best programe how all studio's on the word work with if you dont that s your choice to the others if you wan work in m-audio just change stereo to mono and work it s nice and eazy -im sorry about my english- good luck for every body

  • try to change cables

  • i have the same problem but i m reading on some frensh site you have to change on cubase the stereo to mono on preference because the m-audio don't work with the stereo :s:s:s:s

  • LOL, how come a sound card for 250 bucks doesn't work in stereo :D hah, it does of course. Did you try it? Is it getting any better?

I solved the problem for myself... ABLETON LIVE IS THE SHIT, man.. fuck Cubase! I'm never going back to Cubase. Ableton Live's flexibility is unique, it's like I'm in love with this software :)

  • Ive had problems with loads of soundcards, I got a new laptop (satalite pro) and fasttrack pro and im using ableton, still lagging/glitching audio...

  • Try buying more RAM for the satallite. That's what I did when I had such problems with ableton... large project - too much RAM in use...

I'm with the same configuration you are and more memory makes things better... still, I need more :)

  • AM HAVING PROBLEM WITH FAST TRACK PRO AND AXIOM 49 I Will let upload soon!

  • This might be the right crowd of people for me. I'm using Muendo 3 with Fast track pro. I am new to recording and know very little. How do I stop my recordings from red lining/clipping? I am trying to record with my yamaha keyboard and vocals. When I play it back it is distorted on the loud parts.

  • Well, you have 2 knobs on your sound card. When you are recording, there is light indicating if it is clipping on the input. If it is clipping, a red light is turning on. Next to the knobs, there are buttons, saying "Pad". These lower the input level when are turned on. You can lower the level from the knobs on the sound card, also from the keyboard, and from the "Pad" buttons. If it is too low, you can edit the volume from Nuendo afterwards. Hope that im being helpful :)

  • If you have it hooked up to your keyboard, the metronome of your keyboard may be sending a midi message to Nuendo. And mindabsence makes a very good point :(

  • so you own a sub $150 audio interface with a $3k+ recording program? Can you post a picture of you holding the box?

  • when i upload an instrumental and record vocal my vocal record find but when i play it back the vocal drags help please

  • can this work with cool edit pro cuz i tried an it doesnt wana record my vocals SOMEONE HELP?? IM USIN A CHEAP MIC $40 DYNAMIC FROM RADIO SHACK A LAPTOP WINDOWS XP

  • Yes, it works. You have to change the input source from cool edit pro. Also turn the mic knob to the right to adjust the input volume level.

  • hey there.i have the same problem with the edirol ua 25.have tried everything to fix it but...was thinkin to switch to the fast track pro as i had the normal fast track and didnt encounter any problems.now i'm worried.can you please tell me if you managed to get it fixed?thanx

  • I also have the Fast Track Pro but I never experienced this problem. As a matter of fact ... I never had any problems using Fast Track Pro & Nuendo 3!!!!!

  • I have another great problem with the Fast Track Pro... when I try to record, see, there are 2 inputs. One of them is cutting the low frequencies, and the other is recording with no high frequencies.. I don't know why this happens either but it shouldn't.. that sux. Maybe i got some major problem with my unit.

  • That sounds like a problem with your interface!

  • No, I fixed that. It was from my RCA cables - they weren't balanced and that's why dephasing was ocurring.
