Hey Vaughn! I gave this product a try because my hair has been a little dry this winter. I only used the Moisture Butter for my twists and I was very happy with the shine and look. The only thing that I do agree with is that my hair was SUPER shrunken. I don't mind it though, but others might. My hair looks dope and feels great. Products do smell good. Thanks for the review

How ironic...I went to my local bss and found these products...wasn't too sure about them at first because I had never heard of them. And apparently they were so new, the sales clerk didn't even have prices on them. I purchased the moisture butter and the curly to straight silkner. They both were only $5.99!! I only used the silkner so far, and I'm in love already!! The smell is incredible!

Thanks for posting a product review on this. Do you think the product contributed to the movement in your hair? I just noticed that when you were shaking back and forth. Sometimes products that give you hold have a tendency to be a bit stiff.

@crysberries This product is not stiff at all. It's very lightweight and it def added to the movement that you see. For those who need the hold though, I think it would be good to add shea butter or eco styler gel to each twist while twisting.

@Titus2Chic Thanks! And that's a good question. Both products are VERY similar. Beautiful Textures smells better but that's about the only difference besides the price being cheaper. I LOVE Lux Locks though. Haha.

@Blessd1009 I just did another search and answered my question they contain veg glycerin which I suspected when you said it was very moisturising at this time of year. Also Dimethicone and some other stuff my hair does not agree with. I am glad your hair likes it though.

Oh and the smell is floral-like. Smells like a sweet perfume actually. The smell lasts for DAYS hun. It's day 3 and I still smell it when I shake my head. I am LOVING it.
