@1madaboutguitar Thanks mate! As a start: try playing major scales over major chords, dorian scales over minor chords and mixolydian scales over dominant chords. The next step is to experiment with 'out' notes to add some jazz flavour.

@1madaboutguitar I hear ya, this is also something I stumbled/stumble upon. There is a good DVD out there which makes it easier to remind all the scales, arpeggios and their positions and to use them in a 'smart' way. Maybe you already know this DVD, if not check it out: Jimmy Bruno - No nonsense Jazz guitar. Cheers!

Thanks! It has a Jackson logo on it, but it's a special gold logo. Therefore, due to the lightning is difficult to see the logo.
