I'm sure they were detained for their own safety. You can't wear opposing teams jerseys to a Raider game, you'll get shanked.. I went to a Raider game when they were the L.A. Raiders. Some guy thought he could wear a Seahawks jersey, but he had to be escorted out of the game or over to the seahawks side. I'm not sure which one. My guess is he was escorted out of the stadium for almost causing a riot.

@Blackhawk6699 Don't take offense to it. I'm just saying that they may not have been arrested and there may be more to it then what is shown. I'm not criticizing you for posting it. No, never been to Raiders vs. Chargers, but I'm a Philadelphia fan so we have our reputation as well.
