This is so very true. Why should I work harder when all it does is help further the careers of those above me? Having friends in management is what gets you promoted and a payrise, work hard and they just use you.
seriously, most jobs can't keep people motivated to where they do more than just the bare minimum. i'm with you i can work hard but wtf for? nothing improves

Why did he walk in front of him at the end? A supervisor should never do that in case they get knocked out for speaking down to the employee, they should always approach from the side in a casual stance.
You know, this movie always reminds me that if I was to EVER own a company, that I wouldn't ever, EVER forget to respect and appreciate my employees :)
Check out The Life Coach featuring Ron from Office Space (Peter Gibbons), theres a vid on here and I know that echelon studios has the movie on their website.

Its called employee rights, Don't you have them in Italy?
Bretty135 3 years ago
You got a thumbs down because your comment was stupid and out of place. Try not to let it happen again.
PS. I gave you one, too.

I use that sentence every time I sit in Art History. "it's not that I'm lazy... it's that I just don't care."
