Beetje jammer van de scherpe bocht inderdaad, vooral de velomobielen hadden er moeite mee om die goed op snelheid te nemen. En auw voor die 2 wielige velo, die kwam net verkeerd uit en in het grind en dan lig je heel snel weet ik uit ervaring.....

It wasn't intended to have a turn this tight, but the course was cut short because of a divider pole that the local government hadn't removed (should have been though), so this was the 'best' solution. Now it came down to driving skills ;-)

I have to say I loved this course. I had so much fun in these tight corners, leaning really hard. And every time a velomobile overtook me before some roundabout I took him back there, and many others who were fast on straights but didn't know how to take a corner. This was the best, most enjoyable race I ever did. Seeing the marks on the tires showing how much I tilted the bike was slightly scary after the race though :-).
