@XanderLeta it's actually really easy to make! and if you make it you can control the spiciness, there's a Korean lady who has a good recipe if you want to look up maangchi. Although it will always be at least a little spicy but it doesn't have to be super spicy! you can leave out the hotpepper flakes

When you guys order deukbokki and stuff, do you pay before you get the food or after you're done eating? Because my brother and I recently went to a food stand, and we payed before we got our food, and the guy working there was surprised (?)...sorta. It was very odd.

@alwaysdjl well if you think about it, a lot of these foods are fried. so unless they don't fry it well (whch would make it taste bad and unpopular) the bacteria should be dead. a lot of the street vendors use gloves too
