One of the things I miss about England is the chance to walk alone its ancient byways. I found the relentless road building in the 80s and 90s too saddening, veteran of Twyford and Newbury. Trees will always look more beautiful than cars.
Oh this video hits the nail on the head.. I only live in a village, but over the years its spreading itself out in all directions....I love the countryside.... I hope we keep it this way.... x
