what fps do you get? I tried running it on recommended specs which had 2 aa and 2 af and the same res as you and changed all other settings to medium but I had fraps and firefox running and in motion or running it went to only 20fps (but 30 if I stood still). I have a x2 1.9 ghs amd tl cpu, 3 gigs ram ddr2, and hd 3200 on an upgraded laptop. I figure if I dont have fraps running and take out the aa to 0 it should be playable?

That's an outright lie, unless you're playing in 640x480 with the lowest settings, in which case you'll STILL get a crappy framerate.

They Work great in 800x600, Medium Settings, Some high settings.

Crysis i play in 640x480 medium settings, and i get 30-35 Solid Framerate.
