Haha why did that kid at 1:33 stop running before the atilla?? Haha made my day...loved the OC when I went, unfortunately I probably won't be able to go again this year due to a lack of funds...

@reneej72 Mine are always in tiptop shape and i piss off inspectors with boots not half as shiny as mine. my biggest complaint is the '60s nametapes and '80s/'90s camouflage combination. As far as making the cut, you can refer to the LL patch on my left shoulder and ranger tabs over my ridiculously colored branch tape

@AirmanBeHeader In the 80's we (including myself) wore plain olive drab, NOT camo. I wear the same "decorations", except for a STAFF patch over my LL.... People that hide behind a computer just to insult people are pretty low and immature. Most I know that have been through Hawk learned a bit about respect, even for people they don't know.

People like you who sit here and cry about them having opprotunities like this, arent going places. I suggest you invest your time doing something constructive.

I just graduated this year from the advanced course. My squadron is in Kentucky and we had a bunch of guys go up this year. Fortunatly, i never splashed in the atilla but i kono a couple of guys who did.

i attended Hawk as a c/ssgt for the first time i had a great staff i went back the next year and later staffed and some of the people i still talk to from all over the states.

Very selective about who they pick. You need to sign up, then they pick you out of another 1,000 that slso sign up.

rank has nothing to do with it. your pt scores will make a big difference on weather they pick you or not

look the best advice anyone can ever give you if your going to hawk is keep your eyes and ears open and you MOUTH shut. if you do that the ride will be alot smoother
