Mario kart 7 on the 3DS and Mario kart wii are both fun but the Mario kart wii is better . Even though I said Mario kart wii is better, Mario kart 7 is still INSANLY FUN! Theres one problem in Mario kart 7,and that problem is NO FREE PLAY! Its like nintendo totaly forgot about it! Come on Nintendo there are alot of mario kart fans and the would be doing ANYTHING! Just to get the game, but they will be dissapointed cause of no free play. So is Mario kart 7 3DS is worth a buy?! YES!!!

I get it! The Wii wheel isn't electronic. It holds the Wii remote while you're moving it left to right like the same controls. That was hard to figure out for me... I always wanted to know how that worked... Thanks!

You know the battle thing is a part of mario cart, on the oldest nitendo, with the first characters and tracks and that stuff. So i think its great to keep the old things and not remove them. i think something like automatic drift sucks its not fun if all can do it, its hard for a reason. the shells are awesome, if u good at drifting and you are leading big its not something you would worry about and i think its fun that you can lose your lead if you fail on drifting or by the shell.

Classic Controller is the best controller(some may argue that GCN controller is). Manual drift is awesome and the retro tracks are cool!

although i use it more often than automatic i think it is a bit more difficult to use

in mario kart double dash the drifting was much easier and also you just turn while in MKwii your kart jumps before turning

Haven't played this game much I'd admit, but everything seems so 'averaged' just to make way for casual gamers. This is the reason why I'm not so sure of getting this game. Luckily snakeing is now impossible, but drifting being automatic makes me unsure whether or not skill's going to be needed to win the races.
