no.. eq2 IS dead. TSO was the worst expansion ever in all of the expansions sony has ever released for EQ or EQ2. They tried to appease too many people and fucked the game up. sowwy.

You should go down the tree that gives you extra range in your ranger tree. After that it is kinda up to you lol.

I got a ranger that has been locked since level 12. Arasai-Evil-Ranger.

Mythic needs to learn a few things from everquest, the Shadow warrior (ranger for Warhammer online) SUCKS ASS compared to this ranger, or any in the MMO genre, thanks lot sucky Mythic for fucking up the Shadow Warrior and pretty much putting him alongside the Magus as the 2 most worthless classes in WAR.

i got 80 sin on befallen server and hes amazing but i dont like sins for pvp cause need to many stealth attacks to do mad damage but i have a ranger for pvp and they r way better i think by the time the enemy gets to u hes in yellow or orange most of the time

But yeah, Rangers are OP, only in T8, or so i think at least, mainly thanks to the auto attack unbalance, it's suited for PvE And not PvP, it's the only thing that makes me afraid to get my ranger, or any class, into T8.

sort your skills out like put ranged attacks on one bar if buffs on another melee on another and some taunts or watever on another. arange your skills so that they are in an order from greatest damage to lowest damage then go down the line of skills and just aniahlate your enemy also if they start meleeing u just stun em invis and range em dont forget to snare either

i was going to be ranger when i got this game but just like world of warcraft theyhave too many spells and its frusterating......a good beginner class is probably like wizard or shaman....shamans are pretty calm most of the time.

ok dude if ur gonna start out in pvp get in a good pvp guild with people that will help u......i advise a scout to start out with 2 because u will have a advantage over most foes later on u can challenge urself to make a mage or tank but make a ranger swash troub or dirge if ur on the qeynosian side....pick a assasin brigand troub or dirge if ur on freeport side if u get it down rigt away go for a mage or somthing its really up to u just giving u a little advise
