This is a perfect stereotypical Birmingham accent actually, not many people talk like this but Birmingham is incredibly multicultural and people from all over England and the world live there that's why you don't hear this accent all the time. Just go to the right places in Brum and you'll find this accent. And sotiredish its not black country cos i live there and i can tell you black country is like 100 times thicker and more stupid than the typical brum accent
