wow you're fulla good info!!!!! some stuff at trader joe's is much more reasonable than the grocery store which i love! good thing i'm not a man cuz i have soy milk every day, i'll stick to girlie boobs! LOL
I love natural food but living in IOwa we do not have very many cool places to shop, What we do have is local dairy and produce. I get my meat from the locker where the animals are treated well and not given hormones.
About the soy in your coffee...when I was trying to make a small professor (yes, my ex was a professor!), like you are planning on doing, I read somewhere that soy has the ability to "kill" a lot of the...oh my...is it ok to say "swimmers" (?) before they reach goal... U C? Sounds weird, I know, but maybe worth checking out.
That is very good to know! The professor drinks more soy than I do - definitely a problem. I really appreciate the tip and will be looking into it - he is banned from soy!!!
Health Publications states "Reduced to its simplest terms, the case against soy--such as it is--is rooted in the fact that soy is high in phytoestrogen, or plant-based estrogen, and that high estrogen levels are a risk factor for breast cancer. But the latest studies demonstrate that cautions about "too much" soy are groundless." Ya know.. one min. they tell us one thing then the next it's a totally different story. Grrr.....

I guess I take for granted all the veggies, chickens, pork and beef I get from the farm. I grew up organic before organic was cool! lol
