oh that is an action which is a coloring already made. I don't have a tutorial on how to apply  it to a picture but I do have a tutorial on how to save actions into photoshop.

pretty simple just have the other layer ready, and well click the layer with the picture you want to transfer and drag it to the blank layer you could also use your rectangular tool. You "highlight" or go over the whole layer then (if you are a PC user) hold down ctrl and c at the same time then go to the other layer and hold down ctrl v

Pretty good do you know where I can get these kind of pictures the ones I search for on google suck I want to do an ultimate Terminator wallpaper from the movies and the TV show where is the best site to get the best pictures to make a wallpaper out in photoshop I tried a snap shot of the frame I wanted in sony vegas but still that did not work can you help me I do know how to blend a picture with a different color background than the other.
