You got the right chords but not the right notes in the fingerpicking. At the first Am chord where the fingerpicking starts, you start with the full Am chord and not with an A5. So the notes of the pattern of the first Am chord on the b-string are 1 - 0 - 0. Second Am pattern it's: 1 - 3 - 0, and the pattern at the C chord on the b-string is 1 - 3 - 1. Third Am is the same as first. And the guitar should be in Eb/D# :-)
