the kickoff isnt considered a play and it only took 5 seconds. the offensive play took 4 seconds but they RAN OFF a second. they called a timeout to be sure they had that 1 second. time doesnt run after a timeout, so we were able to kick the bears into mediocrity lk so many other teams.
