  • Don't worry about what these people are saying. 315 bench press for 10 reps is crazy no matter how much you weigh. Even if you dropped down to a lean 200 or 225, you'd still be able to rep this at least 6 or 7 times. I personally went from 265 - 175 pounds, and my benching strength went up.

  • @shane2k999 To be honest with you, 250 lbs is a lot, you should easily be able to do more if you worked at it. In my case, I weigh 210 and cause push 315, 7 times.

  • more muscle will raise your metabolism and henceforth help trim more fat. diet is super important along with doing weekly cardio

  • i do all those thing my diet has been pretty solid I don't know what's going on it could be stress because I'm trying to graduate from college this semester I don't know I'm just looking at the positive part which means I'm gaining more mass and could reach 220 which was my original goal and then drop down to 200 or 195 which ever I'm trying to be positive about it but it's stressful
