Shane knows most of his viewers are kids, so he targets that audience. If he knew his viewers were older, Shane wouldn't be putting "Bieber" or "Spongebob" in his titles. He knows what will get attention and he does it. I personally think it's unbecoming of Shane to do this, he could do without the leeching.
