  • The bird don't like you

  • I was wondering how all of the parakeets escaped from a cage. Thanks for the video.

  • The blue and yellow budgie looks just like my budgie Smiggle!

  • Awww, I wish my canary can do that!! :'D

  • LOL-birds can be escape artists! My lovebird did that-and it was easilly solved by clipping a clothespin across two bars above the door. Why on earth did you have a male and females together?

I'm sorry they died, what happened?

  • @nicolleteperfect. It's easy to put them back in. Easier if they trust you. When you want to tame them, take one out at a time. Then once fully tamed, you can take both. When I was taming my, I would put it back in the cage and take it back out, it would act untamed. I think the other was a bad influence. (: lol, mine are tamed now tho. Budgies / parakeets take time.

  • Four parakeets? Omg, I have two. I want a pure white one though(:

  • SMART!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i also have 2 parakeets that know how to open thier cage on thier own parakeets are smart birds...

  • @w1s3sxj3nk i hope you fixed that problem!

  • clever fellow :)

  • هههههههههههههههه

  • my bird can do that!

  • lol omg at 49: you farted lol!

  • @gummybear654 how was it freezing

  • My birds used to escape from the cage too! Only one would escape at a time though. They also knew when I was coming, and would run like hell as fast as their little clawed feet could carry them and they would get caught trying to find their way back in.

  • Sorry to hear they all die... I love parakeets!!!

  • what a smart little bird

  • My budgie does this everytime i put it in. i made a hook to lock to door he opened the lock too :D

  • Cool. I want my birds to do that too.

  • thats nothing i use to have two couple years back and they used to squeeze through the bars i was like wtf when i woke up in the morning and they where out of their cage

  • lol. my budgei is watching this with me and im like you better not copy them!!

  • i hav the same blue one!

  • haha the blue 1 is so jeolous

  • some smart birds you got there. im getting one as a first pet since there really affordable and sweet and small. and easy to groom

  • parakeets are so smart! . I took the cage out in our patio for the night and when i woke up in the morning she was gone! good thing i found her! she was freezing. :( But i warmed her up afterwards. shes ok now.

  • My parakeet Snow tries this all the time. But because of our dog (back when he was alive) and a fear of her getting stuck or hurt we always keep the doors closed. She tries to bite you through the cage. She once got out when we were changing her water and hid in the corner until she was put back in the cage.

She has to escape the cage her own it seems. We now open the cage with safety precautions put in place to stop her getting hurt...and she won't come out of her cage XD

  • the blue one is like "how'd he do it???"

  • My parakeet Rikki did that 3 times in one week once... his nickname is Houdini x)

  • your parakeet is freakin smart!!!! I love birds don't you!

can get out and does he know how to get back

in? I like this video all your parakeets are

pretty colors Thanks for sharing your cage is

pretty too. We have 4 parakeets you also

can see them on Youtube under Parakeets

  • my parakeet milly does that wen she want to fly to my dad and me

  • lol wen the bird dropped the door i thought the door slamed its feet lol

  • thats a smart bird way smarter than mine

  • listen to him laugh as hes making the escape.

  • real prison break. :D

  • the blue one looks exactly like one of my parrakeets!!

  • its not a parakeet stupid its a budgie !!

  • HEY!!!budgie and parakeet mean the SAME THING!

  • Haha the blue is like "Woooow...TEACH ME!"

  • i let my parakeets stay free with the top of the cage open. my dog doesnt eat them :)

  • Sad for the blue bird. He looked so nice.

  • Birdies are so intelligent, this is exactly why I wont buy a cage with lift up doors. My ringneck used to do that at night and terrorize the cockatiels we had, then he'd open their doors and steal their cage and we'd wake up with them all in different cages. We ended up using a padlock on his door, because he got past the pegs.

  • r.i.p. to ur blue birdie...i know how bad that must have felt...mine fly free in my house though...i hate cages for them..its so mean

  • @hippytubachick you will also feel mean when they get into trouble and hurt/kill themselves.

  • ur a loser plus a dick head

  • Whahah hes smart :)

  • Ha ha, that's awesome. My parakeet does that too. Check out my video if you'd like. It's called 'Parakeet Jailbreak.'

  • Did u just fart on 00.49 ????

    O.O

  • lol

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA

  • in your face blue parakeet

  • That is so cute !! Mine have tried that but never gotten out. Aren't they a riot !!

  • Whenever i've had budgies, I've had to use extra pegs to lock their cage doors. I let them out of the cage at times during the day but if for any reason I needed the main windows/doors open in the house then they have to stay locked inside for their safety. They'd go into the cage when they're hungry.

  • YEAH RIGHT, YOUR KEET WAS NOT ATE BY A MONSTER THATS JUST Bad THAT YOU WOULD SAY THAT!

  • I use a clothes pin to hold the cage door shut. Nice video :}

  • i lost 3 parakeets yesterday at because they did the same thing. 1 parakeet stayed in the cage though. do you think the other 3 will come back?

  • It looks like he was waiting for the blue one to escape too. Such joy to watch - please feel free to watch all the clever things that my African Grey can do, you will be amazed.

  • Yeah once one of my birds escaped out of its cage, and flew away from home. I actually spent the whole night praying to God that my budgie would come back and after 3 days, my little bird came back. We had to catch him though but he did try to attempt to go inside the cage. What a smart bird I have! Your bird is super smart though, it ca open doora, mine can't.

  • I've heard they could do that but it's the first time I've seen it. Sorry that you lost them.

  • My bird almost escaped one time!

  • OH HOW CUTE! My budgie, Chips, does that all the time! Seems I'm not the only one with a smart bird!

  • careful though....sadly that smart one who opened the cage one day opened it and never came back =[....then the blue one got depressed (= husband) and died and then the mother of all of them, the one in back preening, died a short time later...really sad. they're all gone now :(

  • really sorry for your loss mate,

  • @eddie2490 Are u plan on buying some more birds or that's not going to happen anymore?

  • @Mr291229 after all passed away, i never bought anymore. i dont think any could replace these guys (and it would take way too much time to get them to trust me all over again!)

  • Haha it's almost like I can understand them, when the green one messes up and the cage door falls back down on his feet, the blue ones comes over and says squawk squawk! *you idiot!

  • HAHAHA thats so cute and funny... his like... "oh great! what do I do now!?!?"

  • That's soo crazy! The bird is sooo smart.

    Adorable!

  • Omg I love Budgies! I have a blue male too :) They are really smart birds. Mines can't talk but he likes to imitate sounds :)

  • my bird was the same i leave it in cage when i go to school the cage is in the kitchen and when i am back she is in my room how strong lol

  • When I was a kid, we had a budgie named Birtram who did the same thing. Birt's cage door became a landing platform if it was lifted a certain distance. The first time Birtam opened the door by himself and let himself out, my dad was angry with my brother and me for being carelsss. Dad put the bird back, and Birt lifted the door, pushed it forward, and let himself back out. Dad was amazed that the bird could open the door, and he apologized to us for accusing us of being careless.

  • Smart lil girl ;D My budgie Boomer hates coming out but can speak english. My old budgie Paco could open the door a little but never succesfully escaped. He could talk and say "nanananana!" whenever he lifted the door xD

  • birds are strong

  • they are so cute and smart.awwe.

  • CUTE! Those budgies are smart! 0v0

  • awww... cutie, my two brats are stupid, they can't tell the difference between anything, but I love them....

  • Smart
