  • Nice fuckin truck

  • Two best muddin' trucks : Dodge Ram Charger (1977-79) and Ford Bronco (1989) DEFINITELY

  • I have a 87 ramcharger & I wanna restore it but it still runs like a champ

  • That right there is my dream vehicle, first thing I am saving up for from my part-time job :)

  • Very Sweet RC, you on RC Central? if so whats your name? What motor you running?

  • @Gohot229 , been a member on there for awhile, good site for Mopar trucks. Member handle is : cuda

Truck currently running a MP crate 360, Holley avenger, Hooker headers, full manual valvebody 727, locker rear diff, 3.92 gears. Three years ago changed frt clip to 1978.

  • i have a 1980 w150 i wish i could find a grill that looks like that one i hit a deer doing about 85 but it dented it just enough to where it bothers me and can't quite be pounded back out

  • size of lift tires and brand of rims please?

  • 4"lift, 35"x12.50x15, American Racing

  • sonds like a healthy mopar to me!

  • sweet charger but it needs a cummins! lol

  • awsome truck!!

  • Beautiful Ramcharger...beautiful!! Im doing a 87 shortbox with a big block 383 and air ride suspenion!! your ram charger is inspiring!!

  • That is an awesome Ramcharger! I gotta get some gears!

  • how do ramchargers ride? stiff and bumpy? decent?

  • I also liked 'em when they had a 440 with a 4 barrel carb definately would haul balls!

  • I liked the 4 headlight system on the Dodge Rams too bad they got rid of them. I had changed mine out to 130 watt on high, 90 watt on low you could see 2-3 miles down the road.

  • thats a badass RC that thing scoots!

  • nice!!!!!

  • that is one awesome truck!!

  • beutiful truck

  • sweet ride!

  • those look like the goodyear wrangler military tires but i thought they only came in 37's were did you find those tires?

  • GoodYear used to sell this tread design in other sizes besides the 37", then stopped selling these except for the 37" Hummer tire about seven years ago I think. I had a set that I picked up at a CORR Off-Road truck race that had only maybe a hour of race abuse. When I was ready to purchase a new set they were not available anymore. But I got lucky on ebay and found a set with low miles.

  • Beautiful truck, man.

  • i had one just like it was one bad ass suv climbed everything

  • Damn... That is one beautiful Ramcharger!

  • Damn.. That is one beautiful Ramcharger!

  • That is a very nice truck

  • Man I wish my RC could boogie like that! SICK, keep it up awesome job w/the RC!

  • Mpg's realy.... Ok depends on what u got in it... Im rolling a 75 with a built 440 5.13 gears and 44's im getting 15 highway.... When it was on 35's with 4.11 gears it was 18 highway..... Passin everything

  • Damn that's a sharp lookin' truck.

  • nice ramcharger, i was looking to get one that looks a lot like yours. Does anyone know what kind of mpg i could expect or how i can get it up to around 20 on the highway?

  • @SOTASFINEST65 i'm guessing you'll get around 16-18 mpg at most on the highway. probably as low as 7-9 in the city. that's what my buddies 5.9 got. i'm no expert though. i'd be shocked if it was more than 18.

  • @tlv156 from what i read before id be shocked to get anywhere over 15. When i look it up the highway mileage is around 13

  • Those old Dodge's look pretty good if you do the right.

  • beautiful ramcharger

  • Beautiful truck

  • Comment removed

  • What kind of rpms are you turning on the highway with those gears? i want to run 3.91, but im on 33x15.50x18's. heavy...but kinda small. 3.55 doesnt seem like a big enough jump to justify the cost.

  • about 2100 rpm at 55 mph

  • that Ram almost sounds like a 440 but you said its a 360....eithier way it sounds good.

  • whats in the 360?

  • yo i just did some plumbing work and the lady paid me with a 83 ramcharger, best payment i have ever recieved

  • I'll bet she sure looks nice with the top removed!

  • Wicked

  • WOW.... nice.

  • very impressive for a 360 in a very heavy truck with big tires! My 91 RC cant do a acceleration burnout!

  • Wish i could get my Ramcharger to accelerate like that!

  • nice truck dude, i bought a '91 with 4" springs and 33"s to hopefully make it that clean but its got too many bruises, so im gonna keep it looking like an offroad heep but passing everyhting on the road but a gas station ha

  • damn that is the best lookin ramcharger i have ever seen

  • nice!!! truck im thinking bout getting 1 wish lmc made a catalog for em

  • that bastard moves! sick truck man

  • 1980, $500 sounds like a good deal.

  • @cudabluesman Are you selling it?

  • a friend of mine has an '85 and only wants $500 for it. Wasn't too interested until I saw yours. Wow these clean up well. What year is yours?

  • I would do headers high flow cats and straight pipe true duel the v8 like that. I don't know states are all different about how loud your car can be but to bad.

  • beautiful ride man.

  • What final gear ratio? I have a '90 with 3.55's that is completely unable to break the tires loose. It runs well once moving, but I think the 3.55's are too tall for even for the 31" tires I have...

  • 3.91 gear ratio

  • Love your RC really nice man, I have 87 RC needs some work though

  • sweet!

  • WOW! that's a beautiful RC! I love the '77 the most. I just can't find one local that aint all rusted to shit...

  • i was gonna buy a 77 ramcharger it was awesome and they guy sold it out from under me

  • Healthy-sounding 360 too! :P

  • What a gorgeous truck. Congratulations on your bad ass Dodge.

  • hey man what exhaust do you got it sounds great, but what is the set up?? and what size tires and lift do you got

  • headers with glasspaks, 35" tires with 4" lift

  • What kind and size are those rims? They look great on it

  • Tks, American Racing 15x10

  • your ramcharger is dope!!

  • truck cool

  • i found a 1987 4x2 ramcharger for $500 but the guy sold it before i got the money and it also had a 360

  • now thats a dodge!!!

  • nice

  • Awesome!!!!!!!!!!

What year is it? What are the specs on the engine?

  • That truck is the shit!

    what size lift? Tires?

    LOVE it!

  • 4" lift, 35" tires

  • my god, probably most beuatiful Ramcharger i've ever seen.

  • i second that

  • @robertdtfff me to

  • hello, i own a 91 ramcharger its pretty much all stock but the engine has been rebuilt, i was wondering if i could get some help on what to get to make it pretty damn beastly

  • That is an awsome ramcharger I would love to find one that nice.

  • thats a bad sum bitch. id go less lift and more tires on a truck that pretty tho.

  • hell yeah. I think the same way, i less lift and huge tires

  • I cant wait till i put a 360 in my 92... MAN WILL IT BE SWEET! i love my truck but man yours is the straightest 1980 ive ever seen, still though im having mine built by a guy that does awsome port work, i cant do too much because of emissions xO!!! but still im planning on having him put aluminum heads and roller rockers, and roller lifters on mine, its already got a roller cam, so im happy lol. Im also putting hooker headers on it, so im excited, cant wait for the ending result lol

  • My only suggestion is to ditch the hooker headers and put hedman heades on it. I have a 360 as well and my mistake was hooker...they burt up my starter because they were about 3 inches away from it. But hedman is the brand to go with man.

    good luck

  • What kind of starter did you have? I've got the Mopar Performance mini starter that has the heat shields. Same starter was on the previous 318 engine and 6 years on this engine with the Hookers. No problems with starter. I''m sure Hedmans are very good but I've had good luck with the Hookers, no leaks and the ceramic coating still holding up.

  • Well my starter is bigger than my 4 barell carb so that must be my problem. But the hedmans have a bend that wont come anywhere close to the starter.

  • i like it thats a sick ramcharger

  • looks nice

  • Nice truck what kind of tires are you running?

  • Tires are GoodYear Wrangler MT 35"x 15, These are a older design tread pattern, GoodYear changed the MT tread design five years back.

  • What are the tires you got on it?

  • I wish you had a single chamber flowmaster. Would sound so much meaner and better. But nice truck.

  • Just sweet! That thing is so sweet, but yeah, I'd have to agree, I think you broke the speed limit.. LOL

  • sweet Mopar, how do you like the cheetah shifter? I bet a slight higher stall speed would get those tires roasting a lot more!

  • Love this shifter, made a base to raise shifter up 5" so that it was in a comfortable easy reach postion.

  • damn dude that fucker is so nice!!! did you do the restoration on it?

  • tks, I did the mech. engine, suspension, frame, underbody, interior. Friend did the skilled body work and paint. Seven years ago.

  • Dude, that sign clearly states the speed limit is 30 mph... shame shame :D

  • Sweet ramcharger man. I have several, my pride and joy though is my 79. Built 360, 4 inch lift, 35s, 4 speed...etc. You can dump the clutch in 2nd and get all 4 spinnin while the front end just bounces!
