I live in europe, and here the cheapest thing in mcdonalds costs 1 euro(1.4 usd) and its the very smallest hamburger, you would need like atlest 5 to feel like you've eate anything. And this is so many different types of ramon noodles the sky is the limit. dont forget you can cook ramon with every cooking method like: baking,Roasting,Broiling,Fryin­g,Boiling,Simmering,Steaming and if your crazy enough bbq ramon. packaged ramon is usually precooked so its just about re-hydration of the noodles + cooking method = awesome

Buy healthy foods, not processed or junk food. Don't buy sugar or things that contain sugar. It slows down the immune system. You will save money for healthy foods. Grow food in a garden if you can. If you can fish, that can be a plus and a fun activity. Shop at different groceries for different sales each have during the week. Buy what is on sale. Don't be conned to buy other things in the stores when you know you can purchase it for less somewhere else. Buy in bulk if you can.

also having a shopping list (and sticking to it), buying whole chicken and butchering it urself, shopping at discount stores (Aldi, save a lot, etc) for staples like potato's, dried pasta, bread, and so on and cleaning ur home with vinegar and baking soda can help. I live on about 80 bucks of groceries a month and eat relatively filling meals.
