a little bit after 1:07, there's a switch. this is obviously fake. they stopepd filimng, then he told him the numbers, then they continued filming, nice hoax.

When the magician said "take out a dollar bill" everything was clear!!! Noob mistake.. a pro would certainly asked "do u happen to have a dollar bill?".

This trick requires some set-up. The handshake doesn't mean anything but there is a switch when he supposedly puts the wallet away and the mentalist is in the foreground. He got some numbers wrong on purpose to make it seem like he actually used some paranormal mind ability. The riskiest but coolest way to do the trick would be to have the bartender give that man the dollar bill in change but it's risky seeing as the man could have another dollar bill. Instead the participant is in on the trick.

There's a point where they pan in front of the mentalist and you can see the guy in the NY shirt hiding his wallet/dollarbill and there's a switch. Have to look for it, but it's there.

No way. That's my local bar and I know all those guys. They had nothing to do with it. The bar is called Wogie's and it's on Greenwich Avenue in the west village of NYC. Don't you believe that some people have abilities that most people don't?

Those that know don't need to hear from me for confirmation and those that don't know shouldn't just throw out a crazy guess. If a person is really interested in magic they should start at their most local magic shop or google the hell out of it but not make wild guesses like so many feel compelled to do. Why do they?

People want to guess because they want to feel secure about reality again, or they want to prove themselves and the magician they are smart and not fools. Sadly, lots of magicians behave as if they were superior minds whose sole objective is to make spectators look and feel like idiots.

Less sad but sad still, they don't realize their true pleasure comes from seing impossible things. Once they know the trick and see how "possible" it was, the real pleasure is gone.
