Level 4 is not served by the elevator, and has offices up there, which is kind of dumb not to have the elevator serve only 4 floors in a building with 5 floors.

Yes, but even the new Otis elevators aren't all that bad. However, the classic Otis elevators rule.

Well, by the building entrance, the building's name, year, and sponsor information is on there, usually engraved into the wall, or surface mounted on a sign.

No. That used to be a fire alarm unit, but they took it down years ago.
