Level 4 is not served by the elevator, and has offices up there, which is kind of dumb not to have the elevator serve only 4 floors in a building with 5 floors.
Well, by the building entrance, the building's name, year, and sponsor information is on there, usually engraved into the wall, or surface mounted on a sign.
