The rice used for this recipe was extra long grain rice and I did rinse the rice 3 times--until the water ran almost clear. I hope you have fun making this recipe. Let me know how it turns out!!! All my best... Vicky O.
ok as an Spanish person I have to say that this rice it have to be made with the arroz bomba, which is the Italian Arborio, as is how it is the original recipe, of course is very respectful the way you make it but for example in Spain we don't cook with so many spices that it takes away the normal flavor of the fish. It looks nice but I recommend it to try with this rice is much better but this rice is at bit difficult to cook
@laurym96 Gracias por la pregunta. Yo como esto con una ensalada de la lechuga, tomate y cebolla con aceite y vinagre. Yo nunca lo ha tratado con habichuelas--si lo hace con habituelas-- déjeme saber como sale. Buena suerte....
I just noticed that you also had put up a bacalao video LOL. I had made my bacalao guisado on thursday and we did not post it until today. I have never made it the way you made yours, but it looks very good and I will try it.
@elbacooks4u It is really delicious. I've tried so many different recipes and this one worked!!! The rice comes out so good. As always with Bacalao, you have to really get the salt out, otherwise - yuk!!! LOL.. Anyway-- I think both our recipes are awesome and like they say--two great minds think alike!!! :o)
