Yep that is the big problem with using a stills digital camera in video mode as you are holding it away from you to see the viewfinder and with max zoom any shake is muliplied drastically. Sounds like a need video camcorder. Well at least HD helps the quality a bit..did you play it back in HD mode?
A bit shaky but actually it makes it seem more intense, good work.
