My Cats sometimes throws up when he eats the food but its nothing serious, I think were going to start making him some food

If your cats throw up, make home made foods, use chicken liver, hearts, rice, sardines and tourine, to make a nice blended moosh, you can experiment with all meats but always think about iron and try introduce ground up bones and veggies too.

ya, those mentioned pet food companies all are in Japan doing that. This actually causes sales increase on more expensive up scale pet foods which are organic or no chemical pet foods. While some just turn to feeing same things what the owners eat.....although, Japanese themselves have a high cancer rate

Any company that has recalled their food or use ingredients from China should be avoided.

@flagwaver1969 ya, I live in Japan, many pet foods are made in China and they say, pets in Japan have the highest cancer rates

I'm sorry to hear that. America is probably on the same level as Japan. One of many ingredients to watch for is copper. This is often overused as a binding agent and causes kidney and liver failure. I would certainly avoid Purina, Nutro, Diamond, Eukanuba, Iams, etc.

my pet food is very specific, thankfully.

i only feed my cat food i know is healthy.

My brother's friend's cat was killed because of tainted food. Always buy American.

They forgot to add that they use ground up euthanized pets, road kill, and garbage in some pet foods.

By-products aren't bad but they shouldn't be the SOLE meat source in a pet food.

Milady, byproducts are necessary or did you ever saw a cat NOT eating everything of a mouse?

That's it! In fact cats even get sick when fed only the best parts or an animal, only the meat of it, because cats unlike humans cannot get what they need by eating fruits or vegetables, therefore they need all parts of the animal, even the parts we as humans disgust and would throw away instead eating them.
