Foo you an idiot. First of all i wasn't complaining about anything. I was makin a statement. First of all baiting and punishing is what you do with every character. That's the whole point of the game. Setups, mind tricks, and anticipation. Sagats scrub tactics only take a player so far. Plus Mago made it to sbo foo.

Viper is considered low tier because all the initial tier lists ranked her lower middle tier (nobody knew what her capabilities were), and everybody kinda wrote her off back then. If more people understood what she was capable of, you'd see more Viper scrubs online mashing out AA TKs and ground BKs,
RF didn"t show skill? Characters don't make you magically better than other players. And while Sagat is powerful he isn't unbeatable. Think outside the box and spare people from the scrub talk man. It makes you look bad.

For anyone interested Umezono and Uryo qualified for SBO, and RF and Satsui qualified also. The team to beat might be Mago + Nemo. This SBO will be fantastic.

no. youre talking about japanese players. they wouldnt be stupid enough to do stuff like random uppercuts and get away with it. its because bisons links are very hard so chances are good that he'll get in an uppercut and that the bison player will miss his link. RF isnt some basic sagat scrub, he came 2nd in the japanese national tournament. get ur facts straight.

Not a problem :). Don't forget that a handicap DOES kick in near the end of a match, where the player with less health will take less damage.
