Please take better care when handling a bass of that size and weight (any size/weight). Any bass shouldn't be held up like that at the .44 -.47 second mark. With it's jaw bent down like that and all it's weight ontop of it. That kind off handling could break the bass's jaw. As a result, it might have been and it could be fatal to the bass. Please don't forget about handling them properly if you truely practice catch and release.
It came out a couple years ago, but they just redesigned the bait making it a little lighter. This way when the Weedslinger falls straight down, it still has a nice swimming action. The old ones used to spiral down when you let them sink. Big improvement, you won't be disappointed.
