lol... the first time i went free running i was doing awsome and it was like midnight and stuff, and i didnt see this thing and i was doing a vault off of a wall and it turned out to be about 15 feet up, and i skrewed up my right leg and one of my wrists
one day i want to become a master at parjour and free running but that will take YEARS o well better get started lol any tips on what should i start on for sort of a begginer?
