  • btw, sergei seems to want to kill him, not just win the match...

  • from 10:10 ~ 10:15 we can hear the giant's screaming before death. I think japanese mma, typically pride fc, refrees were too harsh, and didn't care that much about the health of the competitiors. if there was no refree stop till the end of 1st round, semmy could lose his one eye, but more importantly he might be killed by shocks.

  • Lmao that's what you call pickin them apart.

  • japanese people appreciate fighting, they applaud the takedown, unlike in america.

  • @Swordisk youre retarded and havent seen a ufc even in the last 6 years. everyone cheers when theres a takedown even though every time someone gets a takedown the round just ends up being stalled out

  • Мужчина!

  • Sure it looked good but he was lucky Schilt is a semi-retard with terrible conditioning and slow as hell. That mount was unstable and if Schilt wasn't so tired he could have reversed him.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros well apparently having bad conditioning can win u 4 k1 gps and knock out wins over some of the best kickboxers of our time.

  • @AintDoneYet123 The level of competition in K-1 is rats ass compared to the level of competition in sports like boxing, Olympic disciplines and EVEN MMA nowadays.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros rrrrrrrrrealy? if the competition is so bad then what you'r saying is guys like jerome le banner, ernesto hoost, remy bonjavsky, ray sefo, peter aerts, mark hunt, badr hari are not quality competition at all?

  • @AintDoneYet123 Ummmmm bro. There's a reason K-1 went bankrupt. Hint: It's not because the whole world likes kickboxing and tunes in to watch it every week. Nobody outside Japan/Asia and the Netherlands cared about this sport. It's like: which sport is more competitive - table tennis or lawn tennis? There's a reason Nadal and Federer were on every TV station a few hours ago and nobody has even heard of Wang Liquin.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros ur argument makes no sense, ur saying the competition level is low cause the sport is not as popular as boxing or mma?

  • @AintDoneYet123 A less popular sport will most likely pay less money and a sport that pays less money will more likely attract lower-tier athletes.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros but it didnt in this case unless u r saying the guys i mentioned are lower tier athletes.

  • @AintDoneYet123 They're not, but if kickboxing was the most popular sport in the world MOST likely there would be a lot of athletes who are competing in better paid sports now that will make the guys you mentioned look... not so good.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros sure if more people wound know about it there would most likely be more athletes and probably more succesful ones too but in no way they will make the guys i mentioned look bad, ur talking like those "hypothetical" fighters are super human, the guys i mentioned are and would challenge anyone (under kickboxing rules of course)

  • @AintDoneYet123 dude sorry but no amount of words can make me believe Semmy Schilt is a great athlete. I realize he's huge (I'm 6'6) and it's hard for big guys to be athletic but he's uncoordinated, he's slow. There are big guys like Vlad are slow but at least they've got excellent balance and co-ordination. There are guys like Chad Dawson who are 6'3 and outmaneuver middleweights. Sorry but Remy "Fall at least 10 times a fight" Bonjasky is great but nowhere near this athleticism

  • @DestroyerAlexandros define athleticism and coordination, were talking about fighting here, what does he lack? (except the fact that watching him fight is painful)

  • @AintDoneYet123 Watch Brock Lesnar. Watch Vladimir Klitchko. Those guys are both HUGE and they are so flexible and move like butterflies literally.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros and how does that kinda of movement help them fight?

  • @AintDoneYet123 That's like asking why the fact that the T-90 is the most maneuverable tank in the world would give it an advantage over a HUMVEE...

  • @DestroyerAlexandros u dont know do u?

so brock bounces on his feet and that makes him a bettter fighter then schillt?

  • @AintDoneYet123 I know, that's why I didn't care to explain to you the first time. Brock weighs 280 lbs and is faster and more explosive than most MIDDLEWEIGHTS. That means a tank that's got the firepower of a tank and the speed of a lamborghini. Schilt is a half-arsed karate guy who keeps throwing the same push kick and telegraphed punches and he dominated K-1 after failing in MMA. Usually the guys who fail in legit comative sports go into MMA and prosper, K-1 is even lower.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros the only fast thing about him are the takedowns, u didnt bother to explain that cuz u used a term that u didnt even know the meaning of, having fast take downs and movement are good sure but if thats the only thing ur good at then u cant be a better fighter than for exmaple schillt, just cuz schillt is slow it doesnt make him a bad fighter, u just dont like it, schillt uses what he has, reach and power. calling kickboxing not a legit combative sport is ignorant

  • @AintDoneYet123 It is a legitimate combat sport and these guys were the most diverse strikers on the planet. But over the last 10 years or so the competition has dipped drastically. Look at the old guys who are still competing at the Grand Prix. That's because a) there are no new names and b) there is no constant flow of talent. Look at boxing for example how many 40 year old guys can hang with Nonito Donaire? Kickboxing was strong in the 90s.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros there is good guys in kickboxing like saki, tyrong, ghita and badr hari but i have a hard time comparing them to the old ones for example ernesto hoost or mike Bernardo.

but u have to agree that not every giant can be as dominate as schillt is at k1, knowing how to fight wins u fights.....especially against the people schillt fought, i dont like him much either but u cant denie his victories and fighting ability

  • @AintDoneYet123 Yeah not every big guy can dominate but Semmy Schilt failed in MMA!

  • @DestroyerAlexandros he didnt actually, he had an ok record the only reason he lost most of the fights was cuz of his ground game (with the exception of one ko from time he was still inexperienced.

  • @AintDoneYet123 That's no excuse. With his size and reach he should be a terror for anybody trying to clinch him. I've seen his fight with Fedor and every time Fedor rushed in for a Judo Throw Schilt stood there and didn't even throw. To be honest his stand up is terrible. He moves like a truck and throws too many kicks (leaving him exposed for takedowns). He can't use his size and reach properly and he throws that push kick whenever he's in trouble.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros the definition for bad stand up for u is different then mine, if he had bad stand up he wouldnt ko ray sefo for example.

u just dont like his style cuz u think he fights ugly, fighting is not supposed to be pretty u know, he throws alot of kicks to keep his distance and throws alot of jabs, not everyone can take him down as easily as fedor.

he is a good fighter u just dont like to admit it cuz u cant stand his fighting for some reason

  • @AintDoneYet123 Uhhh bro my favorite fighter is Vitali. He fights damn ugly too. Are you watching It's Showtime Saki vs Hari at the moment? It's TERRIBLE! Schilt dominated kickboxing when the sport was already dead.

  • @DestroyerAlexandros lol i actually am, wating for saki vs badr, the ones that are fighting now are not really the best of kickboxing, there is still great fighters i dont know what ur talking about, its not that terrible ur exaggerating

  • @AintDoneYet123 K1 striking doesn't equate precisely to MMA striking, it must be adapted. Semmy's kickboxing style is susceptible to TD's in MMA.

  • Back when Sergei gave a shit about ground game.

  • lol 10:12

  • Umm, isn't it illegal to hold the ropes like that? What was the ref thinking by not stopping that? Without the cheating, Semmy would've taken the fight.

  • smash the tomato at 9:27

  • damn schillt you scary

  • изнасиловал

  • Русские бойци самые сильные в мире) Russian soldiers are the strongest in the world! Horitonov and it proved once again in an unequal battle)) THE GLORY OF RUSSIA

  • Schilt was punished by Russian again.

  • What the FUCK is that moan I hear at 5:27?

  • you can tell that schilt is a kick boxer he was doing allright on the feet out powering him but this is mma

  • @rogerrogerdlf He doing ok on the ground until Sergei started using the ropes to keep from being reversed. Like Sergei but he was cheating like mad there, and should have had the fight stood up.

  • @HistoryHmoobGuy yeah have you noticed ufc is removing pride fc vids from youtube lately. ufc and cage matches in general are more catered for brazilian jui jitsu (theres not much room for variables) thats all the ufc fighters started off with. but good news maybe rumour but i read somwhere that a chinese company are planning to bring back pride fc and set it up in japan or china itself.

  • asians do it better !!!....The bitch ass ufc and zuffa was so jealous when PRIDE was still operational...Dana White hardly show his face on TV, but now hes everywhere

  • PRIDE :)

  • My heart gets fulfilled when i see the fuck beaten out of the semmy shit

  • @teratonexplosion Have you seen Semmy's kickboxing match with Alexey Ignashov? He got his shit wrecked in that fight too.

  • @HeFilmsTheClouds also this fight with badr hari was great :D

  • @HeFilmsTheClouds Uhm, actually Ignashov was running away the whole fight. They should've disqualified him for passivity. Yes, everybody who faces Schilt loses unless they get a lucky punch through, but that's no excuse not to fight.

  • @Blahb27 It was a first round KO and he wasn't running away the whole fight. He knocked him down with a right cross, Semmy got back up and Ignashov aggressively attacked him and landed a knee which knocked Semmy out.

At no point did Ignashov run away from Semmy. Maybe you saw their second fight.

  • @HeFilmsTheClouds THat was their fight ages ago in 2004, not to mention that more luck than design. I'm talking about the time when both fighters had a chance to develop themselves in 2009. Schilt won on a decision that will have had 10-7 scorecards for each round.

You won't see Ignashov in major European tournaments anymore after that I think. They don't want fighters who don't go for it.

  • @Blahb27 I still don't believe it was luck. And by 2009 Alexey was a shell of the fighter he was in 2004. He drank away his prime and he's used up now.

But I still believe that 2004 Iggy beats 2009 Semmy.

  • I`ll never forget how shocked I was watching this fight for the first time. Without a doubt the most brutal fight ever. Got love Kharitonov!!!

  • that`s what a call being fukin hammered in the face JESUS

  • Semmy schild !!!!??

  • even when they were on the ground they were both constantly working

if this were ufc they would have just hugged each other until the ref stood them up or the guy on top would have gotten a decision "victory"

watching really makes me miss PRIDE

  • @okchoebag so true T_T

    *takes his prideFC dvd's out*

  • I like it when schilt whimpers like a girl when getting about a dozen hammer fists to the eyeball! Ha ha.

  • VCthe gaot fuker im gona fist you looser. u got nothin better to do than correct people on utube are u a virgin are some superior linguistic homosexual im gona dig up yur grandma and grandpa and fist them till ther heads fall off get outa her chimp.

  • отшлифовал харю

  • Schilt can take it!

  • Schilt would have flipped him over if Sergei didn't cheat and grab the robes every time. not a good win.

  • @VCthaGOATdunker

    fuck you looser!

  • @dunkann09

    learn english, loser.

Sergei kept grabbing the ropes stopping Schilt from getting out of the mount. This was illegal to do in Pride FC.

  • @VCthaGOATdunker

then open your eyes what was at 3.12-3.14 and 3.30 !! who hold the ropes? so fuck you looser once again!!

  • @dunkann09

rofl that had zero effect on the fight, fuckface. that wasn't even during a takedown. you don't know shit about the sport. Sergei cheated period.

And it's loser not 'looser'. Yeah, I make your moms pussy looser by fisting her every night.

  • @VCthaGOATdunker

and Kharitonovs ropes had effect on fight??? talks an idiot with cock in mouth! so keep wanking looser! lol

  • @VCthaGOATdunker thats debatealbe. no doubt he grabbed the ropes ... i just dont know if it made that big of difference. u could sure here Schilts corner screaming at the ref tho!!

  • i miss pride. and that face is MESSED up! war sergei future SF HWGP champion
