Saw these live in middlesbrough, hung out with the band backstage after, nice guys with some well funny stories. They are so much better live, which is strange I guess nowadays!

I remember listening to this in the peak district, couple of mushrooms, few lagers, a bag of good weed. My friend bought it on vinyl and plugged us in on seperate headphones, one of the best drug/music experiences i've ever had.

Man, I've always dug this band. F*ckin bril! This band is so underappreciated, it's sickening. In a nutshell, there music had depth that was erupting underneath the surface of radio endorsed junk, or "whatchum macallit" artists. Yea, you're lucky if you remember them, much less how much you paid for their cds.

Perhaps the Beta's not being sellouts is what gives the band such luster & high definition today? I'd pay through the nose to see them reunite.
