He still has a boyish quality about him, and is so down-to-earth. Yes, he is very much like an old friend I've been hanging out with since 1971 / '72. Definitely has been with me through life's tough times and has inspired me to be a better person. I do more soul searching, get active in causes I believe in, and feel like a world citizen who wants my small actions to make a difference, partially because I've been listening to my "friend" and watching his example. God bless you, Jackson Browne.

This version was down-to-earth and real, like Jackson himself. I like the part where he sings. " Oh but she can't take you somewhere you don't already know how to go" and he slips in "Well, I don't know about that!" Kind of funny, but lots of us, no matter what gender, can relate. Very authentic performer.

The Eagles version is nice, but Jackson's version is more peaceful and relaxing style wise.

Jackson was great. I took my 15 year old daughter to this concert and she was amazed how good he was live and she actually had tears in her eyes when he performed shape of a heart.Its nice to pass this music down to the younger generation

I hear that man, my dad once told me a story how he listened to Jackson as a kid at a neighboor's house and she was a nurse. The other kids made fun of him, low and behold Jackson came to the neighboor's office once and when she found out who he was she told him about my dad and Jackson gave my dad backstage passes. He is a really cool guy.

I'm the middle child and I'm the only one of my brothers and sisters who listen to Jackson and others like him, he's just too god.
