Sorry but my history lesson doesn't wrong. Before 1975 there was 3 factions in Vietnam. First : Democratic Republic of Vietnam - (North Vietnam is this) , second - National Liberation Front of South Vietnam - NFL (Vietcong is this), the third one is Republic of Vietnam (or VNCH) . Both the first and second was led by the Communist Party, althought the third one was led by Capitalism foreign governments.

So in South Vietnam didn't have that North Vietnam's flag but the NFLs
