I don't see why people knock parts from autozone they have never tried. Just because you can buy it locally and cheap, doesn't make it any worse than a name brand (your mostly paying for the NAME anyway). And if you have a custom exhaust from the header back, it's not rice, it's performance, especially if it was done professionally with all custom fitted hangers and mounts. @Robdoggierob ya me my freinds jaws about hit the floor when i started it up the first time lol. but ya if you still want that same sound the closest thing you can get is a magnaflow it wont be as loud but as far as the deep notes there almost the same. but dont get a flow master they sound like shit on a v6 or 4 cylinder they sound awsome on a v8 though
@Robdoggierob a little trick i learned to make it sound even deeper is to get a bigger muffler than your pipe like if you have a 2 inch exhaust get a 2 1/2 inch muffler and buy the adapters to go from a 2 inch to a 2 1/2 the fittings only cost like 3 bucks each at auto zone and there well worth it

I have the same 3A Muffle on my '91 Sentra SE-R, its straight piped with a high flow catalytic convertor from flowmaster, and megan racing exhaust heads. These by far are the best sounding mufflers for the money and you can buy them at any andvance auto or online.

What size is your muffler through-out. I just bought a 2" inlet muffler by them and the tip is 3.5"... they sell the same one with a 2.5" inlet throughout... didn't know if the 2.5" would sound deeper or not

Hmm yea I know that. But when you compare two cars you compare the same year of the car. The 2005 SRT-4 has 232 Hp the 2005 Cobalt SS has 202 Hp. Dodge stopped making the SRT-4 in 2005. And the new Cobalt SS has 260 Hp. Believe me I know what ones are faster. But you can't compare a 4 year old cars stats to a 2009. The proof is all over the internet.
thats true, both were under-rated, the srt-4 is definetly faster than the ss/sc that was rated at 205 horsepower, the ss/sc dyno at over 200 usually, and the srt-4 dyno at 230ish... but are rated in the 220's

Hmm yea I know that. But when you compare two cars you compare the same year of the car. The 2005 SRT-4 has 232 Hp the 2005 Cobalt SS has 202 Hp. Dodge stopped making the SRT-4 in 2005. And the new Cobalt SS has 260 Hp. Believe me I know what ones are faster. But you can't compare a 4 year old cars stats to a 2009. The proof is all over the internet.

thats true, both were under-rated, the srt-4 is definetly faster than the ss/sc that was rated at 205 horsepower, the ss/sc dyno at over 200 usually, and the srt-4 dyno at 230ish... but are rated in the 220's

Yea I guess it all really depends on where you get your info from. I have gotten mixed numbers from different sources before. Either way I think both cars are bad ass no matter
