This is exactly how I feel about doing Crossfit. every time I go the gym, I have that anticipation coarsing through every fibre of my being like I'm getting psyched up for a soccer game or a karate tournament. And as if that's not enough to keep me coming back, Crossfit PRODUCES RESULTS! Faster and more obviously than any other form of exercise I have ever tried.
