I see your text in Latin is somewhat different? Could this be Novus Ordo version in Latin? The original confession makes reference to the Archangel Michael, the H. apostles Peter and Paul and Ioanni Baptista.
Yes, it is the Novus Ordo version of Confiteor. Please note that all my videos are related to Novus Ordo celebrations in latin according to the ambrosian rite. Celebrations held in Milan, inside St. Ambrose's basilica.

Thanks for the answer. I see this church in Milano can still be called catholic, Novus Ordo as it is meant to be held and is therefore valid.
