As some one who has actually bean in the wrestling business for 8 years, i can say that those thumb tacks are real so is the blood, it is a result of using a counseled razor. The idea of getting thrown on thumb takes or cutting your head with a razor, seams worse than it is. wrestling itself is actually extremely painful. Thumb tacks, and razor's hurt but in perspective not that badly.

FYI, I was trained by Scott Hall in 2010 and there was nothing fake about the concussion I received...
