Here's the thing, most of you guys arent reading the title, this is TRICKING BASED on capoeira. So its not capoeira and thats why they are taking a lot of space to move around, theyre just tricking. In a capoeira roda its different, most of these moves are almost impossible to pull within a capoeira roda.

@noiz87 Thing is, capoeristas need room to move. If you can get in and keep the fight close distance(ie a clinch or takedown/some form of mount-sidecontrol) you can nullify most of their fanciness. Just try not to get kicked in the face. That being said, I've yet to see Capoeira used effectively outside of Tekken. Most of the fights featuring capo on youtube are capoeristas doing their thing, with minimal contact if any.

Capoeira isn't for show. The reason it looks like that is because it was developed by Brazilian slaves who were not allowed to spar and practice fighting. They passed it off as a dance, but one heel kick to your head and the fight is done. True, though, that muay thai is simple and to the point.
